The nicest place to stay when traveling to Lezzeno. Compact room with magnificent views of the lake. Had a safe box, TV, and a refrigerator. Beautiful and wonderful location in great swimming area, just off a nice restaurant with great views, and the lake. Easy walk to Targa a Giuseppe Ponzini.

We got the new part, so I can't talk about the rooms in the other area. the rooms in the building overlooking the lake are wonderful and completely new. We had a room with a balcony and a view of the lake. pity of the weather, because with good weather, book and a good wine is perfect to disconnect. room is a normal size, perfect for us. bathroom is spacious. mattress is very comfortable, they leave you two pillows, great if you like to have some height, since you don't have any. heat pump heating is perfect. You don't get cold at any time, breakfast is very complete, friendly staff. the hotel restaurant is more than recommended. All very cozy
To say the least, and it's not the hotel's fault: you can hear a lot outside. Especially if some guests make a lot of noise when coming in or out. But if they're respectful, you won't have a problem with noise. There was some lighting in the bathroom. The light is a bit poor

Absolutely everything went just as well or better than we expected. The hotel has been restored with great taste and care. The rooms are small, but sufficient. We were not lucky enough to stay in a room overlooking the lake, but they must be impressive. The attention of the staff was exceptional, both at the hotel and in the restaurant. The breakfast was impressive, homemade, delicious and of a variety that is impossible to beat. Not a single detail was missing. And the hotel restaurant, just as delicious, with a wonderful view of the lake, including a private dock with loungers where you can sit and rest. If you go by car the hotel is only 15 minutes away from Bellagio, although you can also go by bus. It is impossible to describe all the good things in one comment, you have to live them. We would come back without hesitation!
We can say absolutely nothing wrong.

We were given a very warm welcome and the staff were helpful and attentive. We booked one of the superior rooms in the Villa overlooking the lake and it was lovely - especially waking up to the amazing view everyday. The food at the restaurant was very good and we ate there everynight. I would recommend this hotel - we will certainly return.

The location was beautiful and the family who run the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel's restaurant four times during our stay and each time, the food and service were exemplary (and good value). I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and I will hopefully stay there again.

Put this on your radar
Nestled right on the lakeshore, this charming escape offers fine views, invigorating water activities, and a good restaurant that's adored by locals. Breakfast is an abundant treat, and the sundeck beckons for relaxation. A note , consider the compact room sizes, but the unparalleled service makes it all worthwhile!
